Flower delivery in Florence: how Fiorit works

Fiorit is a Florence floral laboratory working to order. You choose a design online and we prepare the gift for the agreed available day. Planning ahead helps us organise materials and work around confirmed orders.

Choose a product and available date

Start with a bouquet or floral arrangement. Check the selected variant and what the price includes. In the cart, select the delivery or collection date and add your message and useful order details.

Allow at least 24 hours. Delivery operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same-day delivery is not available; only the dates offered in the calendar should be used.

What does the delivery price include?

Delivery to normally served Florence city addresses is included in the product price. For nearby destinations or an unusual address, check our delivery information and contact us if the position is unclear. Do not assume the whole province is included.

Can you deliver at a particular time?

You choose the available day. A morning or afternoon preference is a request that we try to respect, not a guaranteed arrival window or exact appointment. Traffic and the delivery route affect timing.

If the flowers must be in hand before an event, discuss the plan before ordering. Collection by appointment on a suitable earlier day may be more practical.

Collection from the laboratory

The laboratory is at Via Mario Roselli Cecconi 29/r–31/r, Florence. It is not open for walk-in shopping. Select collection, use RITIROBOTTEGA at checkout to deduct the delivery component, and agree your appointment with us.

An automatic Shopify preparation or collection estimate is not the agreed appointment time.

What will the recipient receive?

Photographs illustrate each design. Seasonal flowers and shades can vary with availability while following the selected style and price range. If one flower or colour is essential, confirm it with us before purchase.

What if the recipient is not there?

Supply a useful recipient contact number and clear access details. If availability is uncertain, discuss it with us beforehand rather than assuming flowers can always be left unattended.
