Flower Delivery in Florence
We offer flower delivery in Florence, already included in the price of our products: bouquets, arrangements and laurel wreaths made to order with fresh seasonal flowers.
Delivery area
Delivery is included for all of Florence city (postal codes 50100 and 50121–50145). Some nearby postal codes are also reachable with a small surcharge, calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery times
Order by 6:00 PM and we'll deliver the next day, sometime during the day. We always deliver in person: that's why the exact time can vary depending on traffic, weather and that day's delivery route, and we don't work with fixed time slots. If you need an indicative time — morning or afternoon — let us know in the order notes or get in touch: we always try to accommodate you, depending on that day's delivery round, but please ask and wait for our confirmation — writing it in the notes alone isn't enough to guarantee it.
Finding you
Many of our customers are students living away from home, or relatives living elsewhere, and it often happens that the address is a vacation rental, a student residence or a shared apartment, where the name on the buzzer doesn't match the person who should receive the delivery. If that's your case, leave a phone number in the notes, preferably a WhatsApp number: as soon as we arrive we can message or call to be let in, instead of going floor by floor looking for a surname that, these days, is often not even there anymore.
Laurel wreaths for graduation
For laurel wreaths, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance, so we can select the best laurel available. If fresh laurel isn't available at a particular time, we'll let you know right away and arrange a cancellation or refund. A practical tip: give an address where you can genuinely be found (home, office, an agreed meeting point). On graduation days, amid the crowds outside the universities, it's often impossible to spot the right recipient — in these cases, picking up at the workshop, even the day before, remains the safest option.
Pickup at the workshop
If you prefer, you can pick up your order directly at our workshop, by appointment. Use the code RITIROBOTTEGA at checkout for a discount equal to the delivery cost.
No returns
Every arrangement is made to order with fresh seasonal flowers, so we don't accept returns. If something isn't right, get in touch right away — we'll always find a solution.
