When to order graduation flowers in Florence

The best time to organise graduation flowers is when the ceremony date becomes clear. A crown or bouquet is only one part of the day; a workable handover plan is just as important.

How much notice should you allow?

Allow at least 24 hours for an ordinary order, and preferably 48 hours during busy graduation sessions. More notice helps when many students are celebrating on the same dates. Available calendar dates and confirmed capacity still apply.

For a bespoke crown, contact us several days ahead rather than assuming the standard preparation time covers every request. Particular flowers, colours and decorations need confirmation.

Work backwards from the ceremony

Write down when the graduate actually needs the crown in hand. If the ceremony is early, ordinary delivery during that day may not suit the plan. Choosing the day does not reserve an exact arrival time.

Collection by appointment on a suitable earlier day can be easier. Ask how to store the crown until the ceremony and agree the appointment in advance. The laboratory is not open for walk-in shopping.

Delivery and collection are different choices
