How we make it

The decorations are made to order in our flower workshop in Florence, starting from a few key pieces of information: the size and shape of the table, the approximate number of guests and a rough budget. Based on these, we propose a combination of laurel, red flowers and other seasonal materials, arranged as a central garland, small clusters, or touches of greenery and colour. The price shown is indicative: the final cost is agreed together, according to the quantity of flowers and the scope of the styling.

How it works

• Tell us the date and approximate time of the graduation party in Florence.
• In the order notes, specify whether it's a single table, several tables or one long table, and the approximate number of place settings.
• After ordering, you can:

• Based on the information received, we'll propose a solution that fits the space and the investment you'd like to make in flowers.
• You'll then be able to confirm any adjustments before the final work is made.

Timing, pickup and delivery

• We recommend contacting us at least 24–48 hours ahead of the graduation party date, so we can organise materials, work and delivery without rushing.
• Depending on the project, you can:
  • pick up the decorations at the workshop (Via Mario Roselli Cecconi 29/r–31/r, Florence), using the code RITIROBOTTEGA at checkout if you choose pickup;
  • or request delivery within Florence in the areas we normally serve, with the time agreed around the lunch or dinner.
• Actual delivery times can be affected by traffic and the unexpected: if your schedule is very tight, workshop pickup remains the safest option.

Every Fiorit table decoration is made to order with fresh materials. Photos are for illustration: the final result is adapted to the table, the number of guests, the venue and the agreed budget, keeping the style and the graduation theme consistent.
