How to order flowers in Florence: everything you need to know
If you're in Florence — or you want to send flowers to someone here — ordering from Fiorit is straightforward. Here's how it works and what to expect.
Who is Fiorit for?
Fiorit prepares flowers to order in its Florence laboratory. You can order for yourself or for someone living, studying or celebrating in the served Florence area.
How to place an order
Browse the collections on fiorit.it — bouquets, roses, graduation crowns, sympathy flowers and more. Choose what you like, add the delivery address in Florence, select your date and complete the payment online. You'll receive an email confirmation.
If you're not sure what to choose, you can also reach us on WhatsApp. Just tell us the occasion, something about the person receiving the flowers, and any colour or flower preferences — we'll suggest the right option.
When can flowers be delivered?
Choose an available calendar date with at least 24 hours' notice. For a graduation, birthday or anniversary, ordering further ahead helps you organise the handover. Delivery is included for normally served Florence city addresses; check nearby destinations before ordering.
Can I pick up instead of having flowers delivered?
Yes. Select collection and use RITIROBOTTEGA at checkout to deduct the delivery component. Agree an appointment before coming to the laboratory.
Do you speak English?
Yes — you can write to us in English on WhatsApp and we'll help you from there. Many of our customers are international students, Erasmus students, or people based abroad who want to send flowers to someone in Florence. We're used to it.
Delivery and collection: plan before the ceremony or celebration
Allow at least 24 hours; 48 hours or more is recommended around busy graduation dates. Delivery operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, to served Florence addresses. Same-day delivery is not available. A morning or afternoon preference is a request, not a guaranteed exact time.
Collection from the laboratory at Via Mario Roselli Cecconi 29/r–31/r is by appointment. Use RITIROBOTTEGA at checkout to deduct the delivery component and agree when to collect. An automatic Shopify estimate does not confirm your appointment.
